美被曝拒绝以色列看美伊谅解备忘录
当地时间6月16日，据美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）报道，一名以色列消息人士透露，以色列曾要求美国提供美伊谅解备忘录文本供其审阅，但遭到拒绝。该消息人士称，美方拒绝以色列的部分原因在于，特朗普政府“担心以色列总理内塔尼亚胡会在该备忘录正式公布前泄露文本内容”。 内塔尼亚胡当地时间6月15日晚举行记者会，在开场发言中几乎未提及这项备忘录。在随后的提问环节中，他表示，自己与特朗普“并非总是意见一致”。他还称：“我们仍然不知道这项备忘录究竟是什么。”
伊朗央行行长：谅解备忘录规定美有义务解冻伊资产
伊朗中央银行行长阿卜杜勒纳赛尔·赫马提当地时间16日表示，关于伊美谅解备忘录框架下被冻结资产解冻问题，在相关条款的制定过程中，已充分考虑过去所有经验与历史案例，并努力确保协议中设定的机制能够提供最高程度的保障，以确保这些资金能够被顺利获取与使用。赫马提说，谅解备忘录条款已明确规定美国在解冻资产方面的义务，且这些义务具有清晰性和可执行性，美国方面将被要求履行其承诺。赫马提还强调，在谅解备忘录签署并开始执行后，将进行必要的技术与银行层面的核查，以验证资产是否真正解冻并可实际使用。赫马提表示，这些被解冻的资金属于伊朗中央银行资产，这些资金的管理、分配与使用方式，将在央行法定权限框架内决定。央行将根据国家需求、经济状况及外汇优先事项，对资金使用方式作出安排。
特朗普：美方可能近期恢复对俄罗斯石油制裁
美国总统特朗普16日称，美国可能很快重新实施对俄罗斯石油的制裁。特朗普当天在法国埃维昂莱班出席七国集团峰会期间对媒体称：“（恢复制裁）很快就能落实，因为目前石油已在正常流通……我们此前之所以暂缓制裁，显然是不希望影响石油供应。目前条件已经具备，可以尽快采取行动。”
